Zucchini Bread

1 dozen egg whites
3 tsp vanilla
1/2 apple sauce
3 large zucchini grated
3 cups of oats (not ground)
1 tsp NSA baking powder
1/2 cup splenda (less if you don't want it sweet)
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
