Soft Pretzel Bites

Recipe for Soft Pretzel Bites

*Roll Pillsbury Pizza Dough into balls
*Use a knife to make an x on the top (similar to how you would do peanut butter cookies)
*Bring a pot of water to boil on the stove and add 1/4 cup of baking soda
*Boil for 1 minute
*Place on baking sheet
*Bake at 425 for 15 minutes

Calico Corn Muffins

Ingredients:
1 large egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Canola oil
2 tablespoons cream
1/2 cup Harry & David Calico Corn Relish
1 cup and 3 tablespoons unsifted All-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Salt
Dash of Cayenne pepper
1 cup yellow cornmeal
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheeseDirections
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl, whisk egg, milk, oil, cream and relish. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture. Add cornmeal and cheese and mix well to blend. INGREDIENTS
1/2cup granulated sugar1teaspoon cinnamon
2cans (16.3 oz each) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2cup chopped walnuts,
if desired1/2cup raisins,
if desired1cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4cup butter or margarine, melted.

DIRECTIONS
1 Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 12-cup fluted tube pan with shortening or cooking spray. In large -storage plastic food bag, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. 2 Separate dough into 16 biscuits; cut each into quarters. Shake in bag to coat. Arrange in pan, adding walnuts and raisins among the biscuit pieces. 3 In small bowl, mix brown sugar and butter; pour over biscuit pieces. 4 Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn upside down onto serving plate; pull apart to serve. Serve warm.

ANNIE'S MAYONNAISE BISCUITS

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk (sweet or buttermilk)
1 T. mayonnaise

Mix flour, milk and mayonnaise. Spoon into muffin pan and bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 min. This recipe can be doubled. Makes 6 biscuits.
