PEANUT BUTTER CAKE

Ingredients:
9x13 Pan

2 cups self rising flour

2 cups sugar

½ + 6T buttermilk

2 large eggs

2 + 1 sticks butter

½ + ½ cup peanut butter

1t vanilla

1 box confectioners’ sugar



Large Bowl- Mix

2cups self rising flour

2cups sugar



Small Bowl- Mix

½ cup buttermilk

2 large eggs



Bring to a rapid boil

½ cup Peanut Butter

1cup water

2 sticks real butter



Pour boiling mixture over dry ingredients and mix well…then add buttermilk mixture.

Pour in 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes. Check with toothpick and do not overbake.

Let Cake cool.



Frosting: in a saucepan

1 stick butter

1/2cup Peanut Butter

6 T Buttermilk

Bring to a rapid boil then add:

1t vanilla

1 box XX sugar

Mix well and frost while icing is hot.
